Hi,
My suggestion is to build a new category "Forum Services." I've been into forums that offer promotion with this feature. It is a category that offers services to the administrators of a particular forum. Not only that this can help spice up this forum, but increase activity too.
Underneath this category are these forums:
--> Graphic Gallery
--> Forum Reviews
--> Forum Packages

- Graphic Gallery:
- Graphic Gallery is a place for designers to share their digital works that administrators can use on their forum. It is also a place to request specific graphics that can be bought with FD Cash $. Anything that is in this forum can be used by anyone.

Main rules and guidelines of this forum are located here.

Here is where administrators (and moderators) can request graphics for a specific forum.

This is where members can propose graphics that they made to be put to the gallery.

Main Focus: Improvements Needed
Price: $10 - Full Review
Requirements: 25 Members and 100 Posts
Main Focus: Strengths and Weaknesses of a Forum & Improvements Needed
Price: $20

Think these are all great ideas. I am not too sure about the packages one though.
I would also like to have the forum games section back. We will have to see what @Matti says on these though.

I'm not really sure about the packages too, though some wants them so I think it's a great implement if we have this feature.
Do agree with you on the forum games, this will help boost activity on the forum.

I like the idea and I was also thinking about this, but when I made this forum I was thinking to keep it simple so if you guys think this will help our activity on the forum we can give it a try.

I have done that.
Guys if we gonna create another category "Forum Services" we need to add 4 forums on it and I was thinking something like this.
1. Graphic Gallery
2. Forum Reviews
3. Forum Of The Month & Text Ads
4. Exchanges

Ok, works good for me!
Why not just add 'forum services' section and make the rest sub categories, that way the fancy (as well as picky) layout of the sections won't look 'lopsided'?
P.s I know those layouts are a pain, have it at ATF, that was the most challenging forum to add new forums and categories to ever!

You know, instead of just laying them all out on the homepage, just make 1 section called 'Forum Services' and making the other forums in it (Eg. Forum Reviews, Graphics, etc) sub-forums. That would allow you to add it, without nessecarily having to have 4 without messing up the.layout.
