Add More Affiliate Space

Perhaps we could add more space for affiliates? Like in an affiliate banner (large) of a specific forum could show up on every topic and an affiliate banner could show up in the homepage.

For the one in the homepage, I think we can set it up in the homepage message. For the one in the topics, we could mess with the template and add a table for it.

Well before we consider adding more affilate spots, I want to point out we also have this service which hasn't been used yet: https://forumdirectory.forumotion.net/f22-text-ads .

That is very true.

Perhaps the Text Ads didn't hook the attention of the users because it was too limited, since the members may want to see their $30 used to promote their website for 1 month, instead of a week. :\ This time, their banners are big instead of 88x31, and they will stay there for 1 month. It will cost $20 dollars instead of $30. They can only put up banners for their websites thrice a year. Not only this could attract more attention to the websites of the members, but this is a nice offering as well which makes it great.

If this suggestion was ever implemented, Text Ads would be turned to a forum to request spots for affiliate banners all over the forum, not only to request for the Text Ads spot.

I wouldn't mind changing the service cost and duration of time that stays up, but I didn't make those guidelines, our Founder @Matti did and I don't want to nessecarily change any of it without his ok.

Yes, that is indeed true. I don't mind that, I however am saying that perhaps this time, we could lower the price.
