Judgement Board?

I believe a judge board would be great addition for the site for those who want to remove a warning from their accounts.
Basically its like this......
1. Users who request to have a warning removed must have over 50 posts.
2. They must complete a forum task by the judge.
3. They must not spam bumps within 24 hours.
4. Users must give evidence and a valid reason to have the warning removed.
I believe having members defend themselves if they feel wronged is a good way to have people give get feedback.
